Representations were made to Three Rivers District Council’s ‘Regulation 18’ Local Plan consultation in summer 2021 for a proposed allocation for a residentially-led mixed use development of around 2,000 homes alongside school provision, community uses and extensive accessible public open space. The Council is considering all of the representations received. The site is bisected by the M25 and is made up of two parcels of land stitched together by two bridges over the motorway.
