- In July 2026, we submitted planning applications to deliver a new town centre at Wixams, including a GP surgery, 36,000 sq ft supermarket, nursery, retail units, a community building and parking. Alongside this, we submitted applications for a range of exciting new open spaces — including football pitches, pavilions, MUGAs, allotments and a skate park.
