- In June 2021, Urban&Civic were appointed as master developer partner for Hertfordshire County Council’s Baldock North Urban Extension project. Urban&Civic are working in partnership with the County Council to deliver up to 3,200 homes and supporting infrastructure, including schools and a country park. Urban&Civic have prepared a new planning application for the site to deliver a scheme that integrates with the existing town of Baldock
