Urban&Civic publishes Annual Report and Accounts 2020

17.12.20

Urban&Civic is bound by a collective determination that business results and positive societal and environmental impact can be mutually reinforcing.  We have always believed in doing things right. The imminent completion of a recommended offer from Wellcome Trust will see Urban&Civic lose our stock market listing but only serves to reinforce that sense of purpose. The forthcoming alignment with patient institutional capital could not be more precise.

Our Company has sought from the very outset to describe how absolute transparency, good governance and active stakeholder relations combine to create recognised and quantifiable value.  This has been a consistent message through successive Report and Accounts. The 2020 Accounts represent the last as a public company but I am proud to be able to point to specific and more in-depth sections on stakeholder engagement and sustainability, both of which are key components of our Master Developer business model.

Much has been achieved over 10 years but there is much more to do.

Thank you for your continued interest in Urban&Civic.  It remains deeply appreciated.

Nigel Hugill, Chief Executive
