Urban&Civic publishes Annual Report and Accounts for 2018

08.01.19

The Annual Report and Accounts for 2018 has been posted to Urban&Civic shareholders and is now available on our website which has been updated to coincide with publication.

Urban&Civic’s Master Developer model is demonstrably working for housebuilders, community stakeholders and landowners.  The existing early mover advantage that Urban&Civic enjoys has been reflected in strong cross project demand from our housebuilding customers for fully infrastructured plots, as well as in a growing ability for us to source sites within the broader South East of England.

The Master Developer differential also sits full square with the Government’s approach to meeting housing demand and Urban&Civic continue to work closely with Homes England to accelerate absorption whilst maintaining an absolute focus on quality.

In commenting upon the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts, David Wood, Group Finance Director of Urban&Civic, said;
"With an increasing number of sites not only in delivery but where people now live and work, we are able to take our stakeholders to see the Master Developer differential in action.  The images, case studies and data set out in this document, the website and our other digital channels provide significant detail on Urban&Civic’s approach. As ever though, if you can’t find what you need, you only have to ask."
