Traditionally a male dominated sector, the construction industry is taking strides toward gender equality. At Urban&Civic, we are working hard to break down barriers and raise aspirations so that everyone interested in a career in construction can realise their ambition.
To help raise awareness of the vast array of careers within the industry and encourage more women to work in the sector, we wanted to use International Women’s Day to introduce some of our female employees and inspire other women to join the profession.
