2022 saw the relocation of the Houlton Project Team and the Head Office of Catesby Estates, to the newly constructed Orchard House, an office space in the heart of Dollman Farm, close to the The Tuning Fork and directly above Houlton’s Co-Op.
The purpose built space includes hot desks, breakout areas and plenty of meeting rooms, whilst externally ample free parking and electric car charging points have been provided.
The office relocation has provided the opportunity to develop relationships with colleagues across the wider U&C business.
The working environment being located at the heart of the Houlton development also has the added benefits of the Tuning Fork café as a neighbour, extensive open space on the doorstep offering the opportunity for a walk or run around the block at lunchtime (to burn off the delicious cakes and coffee from said cafe!) all just a short hop to Rugby train station providing easy access to London and Birmingham.”
