Urban&Civic is proud to celebrate a significant milestone at Priors Hall Park, Corby — the handover of the community’s 2,000th home. This achievement marks continued progress in delivering a vibrant, sustainable development that blends high-quality housing with exceptional public spaces.
The 2,000th homeowner, Jessica Sawford, recently moved into her two-bedroom semi-detached home, built by Davidsons Homes. A first-time buyer, Jessica was welcomed to the neighbourhood with a special hamper presented by the Urban&Civic team — a small gesture to mark a big moment in the story of Priors Hall Park.
Now well into its second and third development zones, Priors Hall Park has matured into a flourishing, well-connected community. Recent additions include the new Village Green, launched in 2024, which has quickly become a social and recreational hub for residents. Surrounded by landscaping and equipped with timber play structures, the space reflects the same thoughtful design that characterises the Park’s network of themed play areas.
Alongside housing and community infrastructure, nature continues to play a leading role in shaping the experience at Priors Hall Park. Residents enjoy access to an ever-growing network of walking trails that weave through woodlands, past ponds, and across open countryside — supporting active lifestyles and a deepening sense of place.
This milestone reflects Urban&Civic’s long-term commitment to placemaking, sustainability, and inclusive community growth. With every home delivered, Priors Hall Park continues to evolve — not just as a place to live, but as a place to belong.
I love my new home. Priors Hall Park has such a lovely village feel - it's peaceful, surrounded by nature, and feels really well thought-out. The area looks beautiful and being able to walk straight into the open countryside while still having shops, parks, and everything I need so close by really gives me the best of both worlds.
