This year, Catesby Estates decided to swap our desks and land promotion plans for something a bit different for their annual Team Away Day. The team kicked things off at Oxford City Farm, rolling up their sleeves and getting hands-on with a brilliant community project.
Catesby harvested vegetables, cleaned out polytunnels, planted new seedlings, and even spent time with the resident animals. It was a fantastic reminder of why sustainability matters and how important it is for us to support our local community.
After a busy morning, we took on an afternoon assault course. It was all about teamwork, clear communication, and sometimes just a bit of balance and bravery. There was plenty of laughter, lots of cheering, and a healthy dose of friendly competition as the team encouraged each other through every obstacle.
Days like this bring us closer together and remind us why we do what we do. We’re proud of the positive impact we can have—both on our team and in our community. We’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to get involved and make a difference.
