- The land at Calvert, together with the additional neighbouring landholdings, has the potential for a significant new settlement in an area of nationally strategic importance

Urban&Civic has a conditional agreement with The Claydon Estate over 785 acres near Calvert in Aylesbury Vale, Buckinghamshire (with agreements to represent c.2,000 acres in the area overall)
